Each Dzi Empire Bracelet is put through hours of rigorous and demanding standards of control before being placed on your wrist.

Every Dzi Empire product is protected and covered by a 30 days Promise Policy.

The Promise covers for;

• Manufacturing defects on Dzi Bead
• Cracks within the Dzi Bead
• Damages or defects on the crystals
• Re-stringing
• Re-sizing (To reduce the size no additional fees, to increase the size please drop us an email and we will advise accordingly)

Dzi Empire reserves the right to reject warranty claims that are deemed to be fraudulent or to be outside the coverage of the Promise I.e., wear and tear.
